Return & Refund Policy

At FlopMaxing.com, we want you to love every order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make the return process simple.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Worn footwear
- Socks
- Underwear
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@flopmaxing.com.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at support@flopmaxing.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FlopMaxing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Contact the shipping company.
- Reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned because of an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, any return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.
