Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.
FlopMaxing is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Reach out to our support team.
Although we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
To provide faster service, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- The address is incorrect
- No one is available to receive the package (where required)
- The package is refused
the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
